The Source H2O

The quality of the water was such an amazing difference.

I am very pleased with the actual water quality itself. However, I am displeased with the misleading representation from the sales representative of this product that I received. I was told that this system would fit in my crawl space and upon delivery the installation crew informed me that it’s too big for the crawl space and I had to give up my only closet for the system. Also, for the nero pure that goes under the sink I was not informed until after the fact of installation that it only produces 4gal/day and takes 90min to restore after empty. This is not enough for my family’s daily consumption. Also, the phone calls to rate the customer service experience are very awkward when the person is standing right in front of you.

Customer service is awesome. They always are so pleasant to deal with. They are superstars!

The Source H20 is great because it's easy to schedule a salt delivery and the fella is there in the window of time. A whole lot of convenience associated with The Source H20. He does a thorough job of testing the water and putting salt in the container. Thank you.
