We had to have several different installations because they either hadn’t ordered our parts on time or had the wrong ones. Our water test came back high, we were told they would come out, adjust everything and retests, never did. The RO spout they installed was talked about 3 different times stating it was the wrong finish, here we are months later with a nickel instead of a copper still and no word on if they are ever going to fix it. They were supposed to come back out just a week after the last install to fix, never did. When the RO was installed they put huge screws through the back of my island that now stick out and I will have to replace the entire island to fix it. The drainage they put into our septic.... if anyone knows even the basics of septic it’s that you don’t put drainage into them because the high salt will kill off the microorganisms. I understand maybe they don’t do...

We are very happy with the water system. Water tastes good. We are not happy with the laundry detergent or the dish soap, it does not clean clothes or dishes. The washer and dishwasher started to drink really bad. So we stopped using the product

The people are very kind. Water quality is great. Soaps are amazing!!!!
