The water treatment is satisfactory and we are generally glad we have the system. However, installation was somewhat glitchy. Our outdoor spigots were incorrectly included in the soft water system, resulting in damage to some landscaping and vegetable garden before the problem was detected. Also the installation of showerheads was delayed by months and we eventually cancelled a back order for a Lourdes unit after waiting five months.
