Melissa Favorel took my $800 defective Lourdes water machine in February. Her husband Miguel took over handling my account and the ordering of my new machine. I have not heard from them since April. I have sent 6 emails asking where my machine is and haven’t recieved a response. This is not how you do business. I spent over $7k with this company on a water softener system that I don’t use because of all the issues it had caused my family...skin breakouts, greasy limp hair, 2 water heaters ruined and spots on dishes and windows. The very least, I would appreciate not having my $800 Lourdes machine stolen from me.
