had a great experience with The Source H2O

James was great!!! Had two others out who couldn't figure out what they did and why our system was running bad but James came in and figured it out within minutes!!! Even though we had to pay for a service charge for their mistake James was AMAZING and I only want him servicing our system. Thank you James for getting us back up and running 😊

I had to demo out our system due to kitchen remodel....so I needed it re-installed again. My new sink cabinet was way smaller so I needed a smaller tank. There were a few issues getting the smaller tank, but Michelle was in communication the whole time and even on weekends. She was great to deal with, very friendly and professional.

This has been one of the best purchases I have made with one of my tax returns. If you are wanting clean water and don’t want to waste bottled water this is what you need to.

I gave 4 stars because I’ve had some issues with the system and have not been completely satisfied with the system itself. Part of it may be due to our water and the other was maybe some miscommunication between the salesman and myself. That being said, if I could give 10 stars to the staff of Source H2O, I would. They have been wonderful. George installed our system and he is just a great person. Very professional and knowledgeable. But also very down to earth and we really enjoyed having him in our home. Michelle has been my saving grace on learning how to adjust to the system and getting the drywall patched up, etc. There was an issue with our shipment of cleaning products and she took care of that. She has been so very helpful. She has even called me from her personal number on her days off to walk me through some steps on the system settings and answered any questions or concerns...

James was very professional and efficient. Friendly and polite. Explaining all steps as he worked.
