The Source H2O

I recently moved and this company was part of a welcome packet we received, they are the only company from the packet who has cold called us (twice now). We'd been thinking of getting a reverse osmosis system so I agreed to let them come "test" my water. I wasn't told this process would take 3 hours and their salesperson would be in my home the entire time doing demonstrations. At the start they tell you how bad your water is and pull up a bunch of statistics about what's in the water. Then they do a multitude of demonstrations, none of which actually convinced me they were making my water any safer. At the end of the 3 hours I asked if they were telling me they had removed ALL of the terrible things that were in my water and they said no, which makes sense, but when I asked to see the before and after results on what % they had removed they weren't able to do that....

Simply because of the pushiness and the rudeness, I would not use or recommend this company. In the beginning, they called my husband and said they were with Parker Water and wanted to do a free water test - we agreed and set up an appointment time. At the time of the appointment, a salesperson showed up at our door - which, from what was explained to me, was not at all what was going to happened - neither of us were under the impression that anything was being sold to us. Right there, it felt like they used dishonesty to get into our house and try to sell their product. Then, I allowed the salesperson to come in because I was confused and I'm just not an assertive person to begin with - she was fine, super nice, definitely sales-y - refused to do any water testing unless both of us were there. The sales "person" was somebody that actually owns and installs these systems. My water is amazing my clothes are cleaner I don't have spotty sinks lime scale everywhere or anything. And the confidence in knowing I can drink clean water and be healthy is enough.

The sales team, Installer and Representatives have been nothing but polite, professional and helpful. Exceeded all expectations.

So far our new system is working well. We have both the soft water and RO under sink systems. I mostly want to talk about the people I have encountered. Kim, the salesperson, did a good job of showing us what our water was like and how your system could improve it. Kimo, the installer, did an excellent job of not only installing but explaining the system to us. He was also very informative about not watering outside plants with soft water and put a bypass for the outside faucets so that we were not using soft water on them. Michelle did an outstanding job of helping with our questions about the warranty and why we should have the RO system for our kitchen sink. She sold us a RO system so we will be able to water indoor plants. She was also very attentive. She passed on to Kimo when he came to install the RO system to help us with the brine container as we could not get the...
