If I could leave a 0 star I would. These guys are horrible. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Bought this over priced system and when its time to service the filters we called and scheduled a service, they called the day of the service and asked to reschedule, we were understanding and rescheduled. That date rolled around and again they called the day of and asked to reschedule due to the snow ( a couple of inches) we gave them the benefit if the doubt and rescheduled again the callex and said they could not make it due to a coue inches of snow again. We have needed filters for about a year and these people never show up. But everytime qe call they are quick to tell us how much the service call will cost us.

The water system works great I don't have a problem with that. (Aside from how it takes up half of the room under the sink and we constantly hear it refilling.)

What I do have a problem with is all the extras they sold us on. So we decided on the cleaning supplies as our "reward" however I have several problems with it.

First of all a 4-pack of bar soap should not cost $36.00. so the whole "$4,000" value they pitch you is BS. I HATE the hand soap, it doesn't feel like it cleans well, it leaves your hands with a slimy feel after you wash it off which i would be more alright with if it actually hydrated but it doesn't.

Next issue is we got our system in December... It is now June... and after a dozen phone calls and emails I still have not received the $200.00 gift card I was told would come with the purchase. Each time I either...

Our water treatment system is phenomenal. Taste is premium, no need to purchase expensive bottled water.

So of course it starts with the sales representative. He was a very from me and very knowledgeable. By he did failed to inform us completely on the system and The sizes and placements of all of the devices. We were shocked when they came to install and we did not know what we were getting and where to place all of the equipment and are small home because we were not informed of the size of items. HR and the manager were very friendly and did help us and told us that they would build a shed outside for part of the system at no extra cost. When I spoke to one of the installers to build a shed we had agreed on how it was to be done. When they came to set the shed and install the system, the shed was not built how we had discussed nor was it placed on a concrete pad like we had discussed.

The way my shower feels now, how it makes my skin so soft! It’s definitely a good thing to have best purchase I have ever made hands down thanks Joel Cody

I have to say Michelle’s customer service was outstanding! I feel comfortable with my move and keeping my unit. I have been so satisfied with my water unit and the customer service I have received

My wife and I have had Source H20 for 9 years now and moved it from one house to another. We can’t live without it. We call it our “magic” water. It feels amazing knowing that we are able to not only give our kids the best drinking water out there, but also that the water we are cooking with and showering with it the best it can be. The proof isn’t in what you see, but what you don’t see. When we purchased our new house we got a new shower head because of the calcium buildup on the old one and we’ve never had to clean this one in the 5 years we’ve lived here. Because none of that crap gets through to us. Their customer service has always been amazing too. Michelle has always helped us and been very professional and amazing it meeting any need we should have with our system. One of the best purchases we have ever made for our home. Couldn’t live without it. Thanks Source H20
