Have spent over 1 year trying to get soap refills that are offered as part of your purchase and never got them
But company is quick to schedule yearly service in advance so they can charge you again

Michelle did a fantastic job addressing my concerns with a scheduling mishap and got a technician out quickly. Madison was quick and efficient to get the job done and he also took the time to explain how my system works and did what he could to try to save me money, even though the system issues were largely caused by my lack of maintenance.

One of the main selling points of this system was "if you ever move we'll install it at your new house!" Which was great, until we actually moved and found out the cost to move the system was about a quarter of the entire price of the system... It cost us less to move our solar panels than they wanted us to pay to even disconnect and reconnect their system. Not to mention the other fees we were told we'd have to pay on top of that. Careful using The Source H2O if you ever want to take it with you like they will tell you you can.
