Although I can't leave a review about the product or installation, I can say, I was very confused on why a demo that could've taken an hour tops, took 2 hours+. My time is valuable and not being told this up front, seemed disrespectful. Should be common courtesy that when you're taking up more than an hour of someone's time, you schedule appropriately and let that person know it's going to be over an hour. That being said, I would've been less inclined to see the demo. The sales rep was very knowledgeable I'll give him that. For me, the experience would've been better if they had research backing their product in particular. Why buying 10k worth of equipment through them was more justified than buying 3k of equipment from the local hardware store (minus the lifetime warranty). Hopefully this is a heads up for someone out there doing their own research.
