We are so thankful we found the Source H20 right after moving to Colorado almost 4 yrs ago. They have been a great company, that provides a stellar product and wonderful customer service. Michelle who schedules the appointments and services is awesome. She is always quick to respond to calls and beyond helpful. We are an existing customer and this time the team came over for annual maintenance and they did a great job of testing the water again and confirming everything is working great.

The service people come to the home,explain all steps and are promptly on time.it keeps our system 100 percent.

These guys are great!! Love the friendliness, the knowledge, the quickness in which they respond. They are there when they say they will be. They take the time to make sure you understand the system, how it works and are eager to answer any questions you have. Thanks for doing a great job and for taking the time to listen. I recommend them to everyone!!

The service man was extremely informative and helpful while preforming his service call. He slowly explained everything to me, so I understood how the whole system worked. 5 stars!!

Although I can't leave a review about the product or installation, I can say, I was very confused on why a demo that could've taken an hour tops, took 2 hours+. My time is valuable and not being told this up front, seemed disrespectful. Should be common courtesy that when you're taking up more than an hour of someone's time, you schedule appropriately and let that person know it's going to be over an hour. That being said, I would've been less inclined to see the demo. The sales rep was very knowledgeable I'll give him that. For me, the experience would've been better if they had research backing their product in particular. Why buying 10k worth of equipment through them was more justified than buying 3k of equipment from the local hardware store (minus the lifetime warranty). Hopefully this is a heads up for someone out there doing their own research.

I love The Source H20 . Joel Cody and Mystie Cody are great at explaining how everything works and making sure we are enjoy our system . When I need items checked or need extra products Michelle is right on it . She even calls to make sure we keep everything working as it should . So so glad we got this system in our home !
