We just had Matthew out to do our annual maintenance and I couldn’t be happier. He went out of his way to give us the best service possible and was very quick, efficient and personable. I highly recommend the Source H2O for all your water filtration needs!

Recently had work done on our basement, who had apparently disconnected our system. Matthew was able to fit us in for repair and service within the week and got us up and running again. All it takes is being without good water to recognize the difference it makes in our house, love our filtration system!

I’m a fan of this company, their products, and their service. Mostly recently Matthew came out to do our annual check up and filter exchange. He was very pleasant and passionate about his work. We have had our system for over 13 years, and it is definitely one of the best investments we have made in our home.

H2O Source is a great company and provides great service. We have been using them for years and they are always proactive when it comes to making sure our drinking water is as pure as possible. We just had our filters changed yesterday and, as always, the service was very professional.

I would highly recommend not to buy a. System from this company. I bought 1 about 12-15 years ago and loved the system. The customer service was exceptional the first few years. Just recently on October 12th my system broke. I was scheduled to have it repaired in 2 weeks. Here it is almost 2 month out and still waiting after I been canceled on twice
I was told that they don’t want to make the trip to our location ( NORTH WEST Co ) because they don’t have enough work to send a technician. It sure wasn’t to far to travel to sell it.
But to inconvenient to help a long time customer out. Customer service is differently not their priority anymore. I’m sure if I was to do the new upgrade and spend thousands it would have been handled already.

Just want to let everyone know how great our water tastes after getting Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier with The Source H2O years ago. We just had our home system updated, and it is worth every penny to know it removes bad contaminants & other harmful substances. The tankless reverse osmosis water purifier is so much better & will save money by installing the newer filters yourself and not having to pay a service call. The unit is now digital, so you can actually see when it is time to have the filters replaced.
Matt and Zerick were very helpful in explaining everything as well as being professional.

Wow, just wow wow wow! I love the taste of this water.

Update. It’s now been 4 months. June 24 2024
It’s been Another week of no response.
How can this company ignore its clients like this. Just sweeping the mess under the rug. Owner will not reach out. No solutions have been made and we have water running down the wall every time we have to turn the water on to use our washing machine because they sold us a unit that was broken and then claimed they fixed it but sent it back with the same problem.

Are you just holding out till we forget about it? I mean it’s pretty hard to ignore the mess every time we turn the water on to wash clothes?

Run away!

Still no replacement machine. I’m starting to question this company’s financial issues. Why have they not replaced the broken machine we were given? Why has this not been resolved. I feel this...

After the installation, I had a terrible experience with the company's support. To make matters worse, one year later, their reverse osmosis device failed and flooded my kitchen. It took me a while to reach someone, and when I finally did, they informed me that they couldn't send someone over until the following week to have a look. When the technician finally arrived at my house, he confirmed that the reverse osmosis device had failed and took it. He told me that he may be able to replace it later in the week. I even sent them a video showing the problem, which was water pouring out of the device. I don't understand why they didn't send their technician equipped with a replacement device.
