Todd was very helpful all the process that go into buying a house. He was able to walk me through the process, and answer any questions that I had. If he didn't know the answer, he would go seek it out and get back to me. Todd was knowledgeable about the area that we looked at and was able to point out things that would help/save me money in the long run. When an offer was put in, he was always on top of getting all parities to complete their task for the process to move as fast as possible. If you are looking for a home I think you should know how down to earth, and caring the Smith team is! They went out of their way to help us, wrote a wonderful letter for the sellers of the home we purchased, and helped compare the homes that were available. If it were not for my husband and I finding this team we would not have found our home. We were with another company and honestly just about had enough.
