Levi Ortmann at Smith Team - Keller Williams Realty really came through for us in a hard market for home buyers. He was really responsive in these move fast times but also very calm which was the perfect combination. We really appreciated the list of tradespeople he provided to help us get our home move in ready after purchase. We also appreciated his knowledge of home issues and what was and wasn’t a big deal when buying an older home, his knowledge of the neighborhoods, and his quick thinking and problem solving when our bank requested a last minute item. Our realtor, Levi Ortmann, was great! We had not been in the real estate market for many years, and Levi answered all our questions, anticipated other questions, and generally guided us through the process with kid gloves. Scott and his team did an impressive work selling our house. They work in fast pace and everything was done quickly and professionally. Scott also gave me many valuable suggestions and opinions to help me prepare the house. The market analysis was accurate and honest. Jessica in the team was also very helpful.
