Scott meet with us a couple times prior to us putting our home in the market. He gave us a realistic assessment of the market and insight about what we could expect. We felt he was the right fit when we were finally ready to move forward.

Our home was priced appropriately and we were given the right amount of push to get our home ready for sale at the right time. Our home sold quickly and above asking.

As far as finding our new home, Scott took us several places that weren't quite the right fit, but when we found something we liked he promptly got us a showing and helped us put together the best offer possible (setting expectations at the same time). It was a very competitive market, but we ended up getting everything we wanted for our family and Scott and the KW team played no small roll. Read more >
