I personally worked with Todd Smith, who worked with me to nail down my criteria on what I could afford and what I should look for in a house. Walking though homes of my criteria, he was able to showcase certain costs that might be costly in the future, and opportunities to add value to the house. Hello My name is Correy, I met Todd in 2014 when looking for my first home . Todd was always very helpful with a great team to back him up. If a house popped up where he was unable to show right away , one of his team members would help out and show for him. I always felt like I could contact Todd at anytime, holidays, later in evening, or after regular hours. He always responded back right away.
