Below is a timeline of events that unfolded through my bad experience with this company. The Showroom Miami located 850 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126.

Feb 3rd - vehicle purchased. First complaint made due to windshield wipers not operating and car speakers not working.

Feb 7th - We are told we need to make an appointment with Dodge to get the car fixed

Feb 13th - The Showroom Miami, tells us to take the car to Dodge dealership to get the repairs done under warranty.

Feb 15th - Dodge advises us that they are unable to fix the car as the warranty has been voided due to an after market radio install. We are charged $59 for insurance on the car by the rental company.

Very unprofessional dealership. First off, I went to go see a car that was listed on CarGurus for a car that had automatic transmission and when I went to the dealership the car wasn't there and the dealership was reluctant to tell me the car was in the shop getting worked on. Then the owner offered to have me and my mom follow him on the way there to which we agreed, the car the owner was driving in stopped several times and needed a jump. Then when we finally get to the shop to see the car the owner says do you drive stick shift, I said no and said the car is listed online as an automatic to which he replied it isn't his fault and said there is another car which cost more that is automatic (sounds like a bait & switch right?). The owner didn't care that the car was improperly listed and to this day the car is still improperly listed as an automatic. If the owner has a cavalier...

My first time here and it was the best experience ever. I was paried with one of the best salesman @Kevin and he did an amazing job. He was able to work with me and was very flexible with what I wanted. I would truly recommend The Showroom of Miami to anyone looking for a new car, and while your there please make sure to ask for Jack and Kevin and tell them that Cecilia sent you😁

I bought a FJ Cruiser from the Showroom. They had the vehicle they advertised and was accurate to what was in the add. We worked with the salesman Kevin. He showed us the vehicle and we told him we would come back after looking at the other car lots. He was really pleasant and willing to work with us immediately upon our return. The process was really quick, lasting maybe 2 hours. They were able to get us a great finance rate with a out of state bank. We had a headlight problem and called to see if they would help fix it. Kevin was very happy to help us and took time to go through vehicle with us and get the problem fixed. Nice group and very friendly non pushy sales. I would highly recommend stopping in if you are in Miami looking for a car to buy.

Found the exact truck I was looking for. They sent me photos as I requested them as it was a vehicle that was not ready for sale yet. Jose Molina kept the whole process smooth and did his best to make sure my concerns were addressed and that the truck would be ready as soon as possible while also being very accommodating and straightforward . The vehicles they have on the lot are very well cared for and the I'd recommend Jose for a great buying experience for anyone looking to buy.

This has been the more pleasant car buying experience in 14 years....and I have experienced all kind of auto dealerships, from the smallest to the biggest one. I already knew which auto I wanted, so that step was already taken care of....They asked me how much I had in mind regarding the monthly payment, they came back with a pretty close deal and I signed....from the time I step foot inside until I got out in my new car
, it was only 2 hr.....I do not think anyone can beat that !!! Thank you to the all the team, but specially to Marlon, he was the salesman who attended me and my wife that day...he was very courteous and attentive, also very knowledgable and helpful and honest. He is there to help you drive away in your dream car.

I had a wonderful experience with Showroom corp. The staff was especially concerned with my experience and comfort! My salesperson, Jose Manuel, was extremely kind and honest; the perfect salesman. He did not try to convince me into buying a car I couldn’t afford or like. He truthfully told me details about the vehicles I was interested in and presented possible alternatives. I could have not asked for a more pleasant experience!!
