Liars... First they don't have the cars they say they do (against TrueCar policy). Yes they are nice and helpful when you are trying to buy a car, but once the paper work is done (and promises) and you drive away, their real personality comes out. If you get a car from them, make sure it is under factory warranty. Get everything is writing, and have them use their letterhead on the paper work. We were promised work to be don't on the vehicle and have it in writing and they did not following through. They lie, lie and keep lying. They do not honor their own paper work.
