They act all nice and everything when they are trying to get you to buy a car, but the minute you take the car with you is just...wow. First off, after they told us the loan was approved and we took the vehicle with us, our sales person, Jose Manuel, called us and insinuated that we gave them fake documents and 'that was the reason the loan was denied afterwards'. Super disrecpectful. Also, taking advantage of my ignorance, they told me that applying for a 2nd loan wouldn't affect my credit...they made 3 HARD INQUIRIES that still appear on my credit score. Liars.

The salesperson was unclear of price and pushy. Forced a high downpayment. I came in after seeing an ad. On the phone it was one price, until we met in person. The price of the vehicle suddenly went up. I signed the paperwork and made a mistake. This dealership was pushy, argumentative and is not something that I would ever engage in again. One week after purchasing the vehicle the transmission went out and needed to be replaced leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. Dealership offered no help, no advice. After that. Temp tag expired before anyone would send me a tag for the vehicle. I drove around paranoid and anxious for weeks waiting on a tag to show up. I was tremendously upset at myself for letting someone take advantage of me like this.

Although I did not buy a car here, the service in this dealership was excellent! Ruben, our salesperson, was super friendly! He was very attentive and helpful in the car buying process. The prices were correct and affordable too. Highly recommended!

My sales guy is Ruben, professional and great!!! I can not express how great this dealer is and how they try to help you...I am letting everyone know that is a great place to find a car!!!!!!!!

The Showroom Miami is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. Kevin is great! He is very professional, attentive and He tells it how it is.

They are great at selling you a car! but once you buy it, you are literally screwed. They never answer their phone... Shady business from the beginning! I bought a 2015 BMW X1. A few days after i drive it off the lot a few service lights went off. When i took it back to them to fix, it took them a week to have the car ready. As a matter of fact, they never fixed it. I had to insist in getting a different car or my money back. I got the same car, just a year older however they never did a tune up on it or fix the little minor things that dealers are supposed to fix before they sell a car.... Their lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.
