Joke of a dealership, would not recommend anyone. Both Chrysler 300 that I was interested in were in bad conditions. First Chrysler had a change oil in dashboard and smelled like cigarettes, which is currently one of the employees that works there. Second Chrysler would not start cause of the "battery" which could have been prevented if seller Ruben did his job and made sure car is in perfect condition before, customer can drive for a test run. Waste of time

Extremely agree with previous reviews with one star. Definitely worth zero star.
Ruben extremely unprofessional person (don’t even know if he’s a sales person either). Doesn’t know how to talk/treat customers.
Asks for the color of the car million times, gives excuses that he has “8 customers” and that is why he keeps forgetting what the customer tells him, keeps telling “I will asks my boss if..” Doesn’t know what he’a doing, what to do, and extremely unprofessional and looks like a high school child just hanging out at the dealer and taking care of customers when others are busy.

Not to mention, this dealer doesn’t care if you buy the car or not. Doesn’t care whether the customers gets their calls, receives messages, or has decided on anything. If they don’t need to make sales or do business, they don’t need to waste our precious time.

Ruben was a great salesman and really helped guide us in purchasing a new car. We were underwater on a previous car which was a terrible experience at another dealer (off lease only). Ruben helped us get out of a bad deal and into and great one 👍 - I would highly recommend him!
