We recently bought a transit van from the Showroom and they were great! We purchased the car from Kevin, in which the entire experience was extremely fast and impressivley easy! The van was in great condition, however the next day we noticed that the speedometer was not working correctly. When we told them about it, Alex and Felix in management told us we could bring it in and get it fixed right away. They fixed it in no time and the van is working amazing! You can tell they stand by thier cars, and the entire team has been a pleasure to deal with.

A very dissapointed experience!! Some people here received a good deal and a good experience but not me. When I arrives to the dealer Jose take care of me, he looks like a honest guy so we see and test drive couple SUVs and we start the process to buy one. I was planing to give my car in Trade-in but Jose never tell me in black and white how much money I will get for my car. Every time Jose came back with "good news" but the good news was outside of our budget. Almost at the end he show me the bill of sale and ask me for a sacrifice to make the deal. Unfortunately, we dont make the deal because the monthly payment was more than $170 more than our budget and the APR interest rate was 18%. Jose and the financial team chief told me that in any other dealer the interest rate will be the same because of my bad credit (637-639) but they will do their best to look for a better...
