I was shopping for a used car with not such great credit and i encountered many different types of salespeople from different places. I stuck with this place bc they were honest and not pushy and they worked with me and my situation. i would recommend Bernard and the Showroom to anyone shopping for a used car in miami.

1- They said the car they were selling me was an only one owner and then I figure out it was not.
2- They said I had 30 days of warranty and said would take care of the breaks (Fix) of the car because they were not properly working when I took the car from the dealer to then make up all source of excuses to finally not fix anything.
3-They gave us a provisional tag for 30 days and then took longer to give us the regular tag. Making up excuses for their lack of professionalism.
