My daughter attended Serendipity for about a month. I enrolled her in the infant program there and it was by the third week I started to notice a change in her behavior. She wasn't herself, she was more aggressive with me; hitting me and hitting herself. I decided to pick her up early because she had been sick since she started there and I witnessed the infant care giver Ms. Ana, being physically aggressive and abusive to my daughter. Ms. Ana didn't see me standing at the door, but I watched her as she attempted to feed my daughter. My little one does struggle with the bottle because she is breast fed. Ms. Ana had my daughter laying across her lap on her back. She slapped my 6 month olds hands out of the way and jerked her by the back of her head while shoving the bottle in her mouth.
