Customer Service is outstanding at this little shop! After being away from nursing for a long time, I recently returned to the field and needed scrubs quickly. After about 3 questions, I was properly attired and on my way! They are so helpful and efficient with tons of options and the knowledge to point you to what works best for you.

This was my first time in and I was totally overwhelmed how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is! They took the time to find out what I liked and wanted and gave me option after option. She was convinced to find one pair that I liked and she did. I will definitely shop there again! What a wonderful local business with THE best staff! Thank you!

Every time I have been to the Scrub Shop, it has been a positive experience! Heather is AMAZING! She has helped me find what I needed in all parts of my nursing journey from nursing school to becoming a nurse. I am thankful for her helpfulness and kindness!

Thanks ms heather for the AMAZING customer service in my desperate need of some plus size scrubs ASAP. Y'all were very nice knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations 100%. ONLY TSS had plus size scrubs in the right size and were OH SO COMFORTABLE (THANKS TO MS HEATHER HAND SELECTING FOR ME) I will be ordering more of the Healing Hands Scrubs only at my new shoppe...THE SCRUB SHOP!!!!!!!

The owner’s niece(I think) was so very kind and patient when I came in to get my first pair of scrubs! Also had a nice selection of scrubs in my size (XS), which is awesome!
