The Scooter Doctor has impressive customer service. I ordered a new Snap 'n Go mobility scooter and it arrived on time. Matt did an excellent job of instructing me on how to set it up. I found it was a little too heavy for me to lift above my waist to load in my SUV, but by removing the battery and handles from the seat, it was manageable for a 76-year-old lady. It's easy to use and has plenty of zip. The only downside is driveway curbs and unlevel parking lots with low clearance spots. This scooter is ideal for indoor use, great turning ability in tight spaces (like elevators) but a bit of a rough ride for outdoors.

Thought I might need replacement batteries for my old scooter. They checked the batteries and verified they were bad. Good price on replacements. Also bought a new scooter (we need two now) after looking at several models. They were knowledgeable of all the features and made comparison shopping very easy. No pressure at all, just very helpful. Excellent transactions -- it was a pleasure to do business with them.
