They exaggerated what was wrong, and over charged for everything. They wanted almost $500. To replace batteries and charger also fix a broken wire. Took it somewhere else and got parts replaced for $150.

Matthew and the rest of team at The Scooter Doctor have been so helpful and amazing. Taking the time to go the extra mile in finding the issue with my scooter and making sure to solve the root issue. The Scooter Doctor set me up with scooter that works just for me perfectly. He took the time to make sure it was what I needed, but and was there with phone calls after the purchase to cancel answer any questions. He also paid ascension to what was going on with me and at some suggestions. He’s worked with other disabled, passed on what he thought may help me.

i love the scooter dr but 4month later after i got home i took it out to go out of town for a few days. guess what ? it don't work anymore
