For the SECOND time, the folks here have come to my rescue. Last spring I had an old outdated model scooter that quit working and even though the parts to repair it were no longer available they took it "in trade" toward a good used one. This year again as we began our Florida vacation we had another scooter that had no power. Took it in 15 minutes before they were to be closed. 5 minutes later they came from the back riding the scooter. Just a few loose screws and bad connections. And what was the cost for the diagnosis and repair? ZERO!!! Thats right! Now THAT is real customer service.I am a Scooter Doctor customer for life. Thanks to everyone there for being such an honest and fair business caring for the customer's needs.

Would just wonderful took in my scooter it was done the same day can as for better they unloaded it for me and loaded it one of those things when you get old when you need things to be helpful it makes it nice to have helpful people to get you where you're going

I just finally found the best scooter repair shop ever. I have a new 11 scooter that needed new batteries - the first place I went to charged me before they even hit my house. I didn’t listen to my heart as I never pay before service performed. The batteries were changed and were dragging down before the guy left. He said they just needed to be charged. I tested for a week and called back the company to replace batteries-The company blew me off.
I closed my eyes and said a prayer as I totally depend on my scooter being a differently abled person. The scooter dr came up on google search. Tracy was so wonderful on the phone and sent someone out the next day. They took my trike back to their shop did a full diagnostic and yes the other company sold me bad batteries. We were traveling to San Antonio TX. for my grandsons graduation from the Air Force, we stopped in Orlando for a few days. The morning we were leaving I got on my scooter and it died. I called the Scooter Dr. at 830 on New Years Eve and explained the situation, they had me bring it in a tech worked on it and found out it was still under warranty so it barely cost anything to fix it and got us back on the road. I was ready to cancel the rest of our trip I was so upset. Thank you to The Scooter Doctor store you were a life saver.
