I responded to a Craig’s List ad for a used scooter that had been refurbished. I called and was told someone was looking at that one but he had another. When I got there I was in a rush and just I picked it up. That was a big mistake. It was very worn. The seat cover kept popping off. The handle bar slipped off. The bell cover was missing. It certainly was not worth the premium price I bought it for. I didn’t go back because it isn’t convenient. I suspect I got a new trade in. So, I suggest you be more careful than I was.
