I found Tracie to be very condescending in our conversations, she spoke as though I were a child. Ended up letting my husband deal with her and the day we closed his words were “I’m so glad I’m done with her. She was doing my box in.” Got the job done but every step was painful. Including asking for paperwork multiple times after we submitted it.
