Tracie Schmidt (and her team) at Supreme Lending were AMAZING! We started looking for a house on a Monday May 4th (we weren't necessarily planning on buying, but just started looking due to the interest rate being so low), started the pre-approval underwriting process (we didn't have anything ready) on Tuesday May 5th, placed an offer on a house Wednesday May 6th, then funded on June 4th... It was a whirlwind for us to go from "Considering buying" to "Closing". Tracie and her team practically held our hands through the whole process and answered ALL of our questions (and there were a LOT! LOL!!!)
