David is really good as a teacher with real estate investing; after coming across many of those real estate gurus, David was a breath of fresh air and a special case, where not only can you tell how to approach this stuff from his information but his goal being to help people rather than to exploit people makes him better and someone who I'd more prefer to try to work with; now, I'll have to see how things go with asking questions at support and our call schedule for the partner program; I'm really looking forward to it and so desperately want things to work out.
