There was a lot of great I formation. If it was
just the presentation, I would have rated it a 5. However, I have factored the receiver (me) of the Information so I gave it a rating less than perfect. I got overwhelmed and lost while you showed how to use the program. I’ll get better.

Clarity in training

The Real estate commando is different than most other courses out there. Hes not all about glitz and glam and you could be driving a Lamborghini. He really cares about people and it shows in his delivery and style. That is what attracted me to his program.

I've attended a few of David's workshops and I feel that David is genuine and sincere. I'm and Air Force vet and I get the the "vet vibe" from him, as in, he's not a phony. David is very believable and his coaching is easy to understand. If you have a question, he answers as quickly as he can. I believe his program is quite doable, and he helps you along the way when you need it.
