The Real Estate Commando

My experience with The Real Estate Commando was entirely positive. The webinar was completely content rich and meaningful. He was professional and stuck to the agenda. I have been to many webinars where absolutely no teaching or barely anything was taught. In this webinar training, David stuck to the agenda and was methodical in his training. In other words, he had a plan and he didn't deviate.
I like his teaching style. He has structure and as a retired teacher that resonates with me.

I love the Real Estate Commando because it delivers results, it's genuinely helping so many people. David is not only great presenter with personal touch -he created incredible system that beets many other RE Gurus. Investors can have a positive impact on the cities, I have seen all blue-color & low cost areas in St. Petersburg, Florida, RE-DEVELOPED into much nicer areas thanks to investors in 2008,2009,2010 & after.

I do follow David. His system is the best I’ve seen.

I loved the energy and commitment of the company. Everything was very clear. I never felt like there was something I was missing. I liked the story of his experience and how it really relates to everything you do in life. You either give 100% or don't even bother.

I believe David and his team are sincere and honest about helping people. That comes across in his speech AND in the dedication to creating the "magic button" software platform for us. What I also love is that I have enough entrepreneurial and business background to see that indeed our "clients" are also regular people all across our country who need a solution, and sometimes desperately and fast, that others may not ever offer or bring them with the heart to help them and not take advantage of them! "Motivated sellers" should be seen as partners who deserve respect and to be helped -- not as prey! I'm sensitive to this issue.
