I contacted Pressure Kings to find a new service to RFP for yearly spring cleaning of windows and a power wash of entryway.

Fellicia, the owner, was very responsive within 24 hr and she revised the quote a couple of times. They came out within two days. The initial wash had issues with an older filter used; hard water. The walkway looked great.

Fellicia was positive and accepting that they would "get it right," after I gave feedback.

She sent out senior tech Terry this week who knocked out interior windows and additional wash with upgraded equipment in short time, as well as hand washed doors.

As a former CMO of a public company who focused on customer experience, I was impressed w her responses and acceptance that it needed to be better. She delivered. I was given clean windows. And I delivered this review to thank them....
