I would highly recommend The Powerwashing Kings.

They used a high concentration bleach type cleaner on my aluminum side, it took off the mold and mildew but did not remove the dirt. I called the owner he had an excuse for everything from gas prices, to it being windy. And old siding. I had another company come out, they had no problem cleaning up the mess he left. If I could attach a picture I would, shows we they cleaned and the new other company, a night and day difference. Reporting them to consumers affairs and to BBB.
