Zac and Rico were super thorough, polite, explained the process and treated my property very respectfully. I felt they were honest about what could and could not be done, and the house looks transformed. I’m really excited to see how the cleaning agents keep the moss at bay over time! Booking was easy, everything was transparent and when we were unsure if certain areas would be treatable they were included with no additional charge in case the results were not perfect. There was an issue with equipment towards the end of the clean so the team switched to manually scrubbing to make sure the job was completed. Way better than my sad attempts with the power washer and will be worth the price since it should last 18 months minimum- and washing more than every two years can damage finishes so your investment is over 24 months.

I used The Powerwashing Kings in my last house. When I moved to my new house (new construction) the entire outside of my house was covered in a layer of construction dust and dirt. The day of the cleaning, they came out and spent a good amount of time cleaning the house and my gutters. They walked me around and addressed any areas they might have missed, made sure I was happy before they left. I really appreciate them taking the time to walk around with me and answer any questions I had. They did a great job.
