This the second time around that we hired the Powerwashing kings and they again did not disappoint. Jay and Zack were very punctual, courteous and efficient. They even found a car key that we thought we lost, lol. They were throughout the process very efficient, no time was wasted but also they paid attention to the details. They pointed out several weak spots on our deck, so we could make a judgment call on further work. All in all, I can highly recommend them, not only because the are local but they don’t try just get your money. We will hire them again

The PowerWashing Kings did a great job on my house today. We have been using them for many years and they never disappoint us. Courteous, professional, on time service with amazing staff. They call when they arrive, and when they leave just so you have the opportunity to ask any questions. Had house and shed washed , looks great, even the very stained gutters , the two employees that came were on time , professional , and quick . We did a walk through before and after, to explain exactly what they were going to do and that I was completely satisfied. And reasonably priced .

This was my second instance of using Powerwashing Kings to soft wash my vinyl siding and perform the roof cleaning+treatment. This time i got my gutters cleaned as well. Setting up the appointment was easy. They explained the process in detail. The technicians showed up on the scheduled date on time. They walked around the house explaining and answering questions. After the work was completed they offered another walk around. In them middle of the siding cleaning, due to the high oxidation build up on my house's siding it was creating some marks which the tech explained was due to the oxidation. Note that the drying process takes a few days. So if you see water marks give it a few days of strong sunlight before you call them. Overall I highly recommend this service.
