The Orthodontic Practice

The staff were nice, I was late a few times or had to miss appointments due to isolating and the staff were really kind and understanding. My main orthodontist was really nice and so were the support staff (nurses I don’t know what the title would be). Dr Patel was also really nice and all the staff made sure I was aware of what was going on.

All staff are lovely and friendly, my teeth have transformed over my treatment process. The practice it’s self is very clean and smart. My only criticism is the opening hours of the practice can be very inconvenient around school hours.

I liked the Orthodontic Practice because I felt I was in very capable hands; everyone was very friendly and and I was pleased with the end result. I was happy the practice continued to operate through lockdown and my treatment wasn't delayed, but I always felt safe and never had to wait too long.

The quality of service and treatment I received was exceptional from start to finish, I am absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend this practice.

The Orthodontic Practice in Derby is excellent. The orthodontists and nursing staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They have done an excellent job correcting my teeth. It was easy to arrange appointments and the follow up care was good.
