The Orthodontic Practice were very professional and friendly while I was in their care, very flexible for appointments and always a comfortable environment. The work they have done to my teeth has completely changed my life and they never gave up on me even though I was a very complicated case (November 2015-July 2021 I had braces, not always the same brace) ALL workers care about ALL patients. The staff were nice, I was late a few times or had to miss appointments due to isolating and the staff were really kind and understanding. My main orthodontist was really nice and so were the support staff (nurses I don’t know what the title would be). Dr Patel was also really nice and all the staff made sure I was aware of what was going on. Read more >

All staff are lovely and friendly, my teeth have transformed over my treatment process. The practice it’s self is very clean and smart. My only criticism is the opening hours of the practice can be very inconvenient around school hours.

I liked the Orthodontic Practice because I felt I was in very capable hands; everyone was very friendly and and I was pleased with the end result. I was happy the practice continued to operate through lockdown and my treatment wasn't delayed, but I always felt safe and never had to wait too long. Read more >
