Everyone was nice and welcoming and explained everything so well.
I’m writing on my 15 year old sons behalf and he was really pleased at the level of respect for him as a patient.
Al the staff treated him as a young adult and explained to him what was happening and invited him to ask any questions.
We went away feeling he was in good hands!
