The experience with The More Real Estate Group was both positive and negative.

First a summary of the negative experiences. (1) Brian took every call while we were choosing a selling agent but rarely took a call after sigining a contract. (2) Some work (video) was prepared too late to boost the "by invitation" open house. (3) Open house signs were few, inconspicuous and missed some major intersections. (4) Sloppy staff work. A document was sent for signature, but it had errors. A call to the office resulted in a "just sign it" response before the errors were eventuallt corrected. (5) Documents would be sent for signature with inadequate explanation. Cover letters explaining the documenets were only one sentance consisting of acryonyms that meant nothing to a layperson. It was hard to "just sign" documents after having previously been sent...
