We have worked with Brian and team MORE in two occasions, first during selling our house and second time when coming back into Sacramento to buy our home to be. In both cases the process was pretty complex, but the second time around was even sprinkled with plenty unexpected events because we started the process while still being in a different state and we wanted to buy an old and unique house. We went through different properties and Brian went far and beyond on doing face time to show case the options. He is very knowledgeable about the process and loan options that exist in the market, but the most valuable skill that he has is the brilliant negotiation.
