Brian Martell, Samantha and Hayley were excellent. They very patiently worked with my MIL and got her home sold, the process took a while but they were very accommodating and understanding. Halfway through the process I told my wife that I wanted to sell our house and get into the next one using Brian and his team, after witnessing how much patience and care they exhibited with my MIL's home sale.

Now the next part is the impressive part. Brian then talked with us about selling our home. We wanted to sell it for significantly more than the majority of the homes around us had been sold for. But we had the upgrades and updates and knew what it was worth. Most realtors would've probably tried to talk us down to make an easier sale but that's not what Brian did.
