I worked with Ricky on the sale of my home. During the process of sale i was moving out of state. Ricky handled everything from finding someone new to handle the estate sale after the one i had lined up backed to cleaning the house and staging. Everything he said he would do was done and on schedule. The actual sale of the house was more than expected with was great and even with a ten day close it was smooth and flawless. I appreciate all the hard work that Ricky and his team put in to make is as easy and as quick as possible.

Gina was great to work with. I am a loan officer and she helped so much throughout the process of getting the client's file through underwriting and to the closing table. She was also able to get these clients full closing cost assistance from the seller which meant the buyer's didn't have to bring any money to the closing table to purchase the home. If you need an agent, Gina is a great one to help you purchase your next home.

Gina and Brian did a great job. Very professional, helped us through the entire process. They knew what we needed to do, to get the price we wanted. There were a few hiccups, but they worked through them, and we are now in the house we wanted. I highly recommend them.

Great experience working with the MORE Real Estate group and Rustin. We are first time home buyers and he walked us through every step of the process. We lived out of town and Rustin worked with our schedule to meet up on a Saturday and look at many homes on our list until we found one we were ready to make an offer on. In March of this year I decided to sell my home of almost 40 years. It was a difficult decision. But then as luck would have it I met Lola Mazzuca. She was awesome!!
