Great people who get things done and do what they tell you, especially Lauren Cotton who handled the selling of the home. Only complaint is that I was out of state when I sold the home. Due to the quick turn around to get things completed, they suggested local contractors and handyman for the repairs, which they've use. The only one who was really high was the handyman who did minor trim work repair outside (repairing molding around a window and small area of the garage/painting, and re-securing the deck with fasteners and a few brackets). After the fact I saw there was no new moulding, just a filler and painted over. Charged me way way too much and when questioned, it was lowered. Read more >

We moved from Washington State to Locust Grove, Va and David MacPherson helped us through the entire process.
