Do yourself a favor and hire David Macpherson from Licata Group! He is responsive, knowledgeable, experienced, honest, patient, and fun. David helped us buy the lake house of our dreams in a seller’s market with expert advice and strategies. He navigated the negotiations and sale with ease and with our interests first and foremost. He had the inside scoop on properties before they hit the market and helped us prepare in advance. David and his wife Alison were also very generous and took us out on their boat to view properties from the water several times, which is an absolute necessity when shopping for a waterfront home.
