This was our second experience with Carrie and Keith with the Licata Group - first as buyers of a home and second when recently selling our home.
They made both experiences as smooth and pleasant such a sometimes stressful experience can be, as well as showing a high level of knowledge and professionalism in the local market. In a rather turbulent market we were pleased that our home sold in less than 20 days and at a fair price. It was also convenient to use a Licata transport van in our transition. If we were in the market to buy or sell in the central Virginia are we would not hesitate to call upon them again!
