Thank you Mr. Spivack. I thought I could handle going to court myself but was shocked when they wanted 3 months of jail. Luckily the judge gave me time to get a lawyer. I contacted and hired Mr. Spivack because he knows the prosecutors and judges and that there might be options other than jail. Long story short, he persuaded them to to give me a monitoring device and I served no jail. I got to keep my job and I can be with my family for the holidays.

Attorney Thomas Spivack represented me almost 2 years ago and yesterday I sent my sister to him for help. Mr. Spivack got my case DISMISSED even though I pulled up right next to a CHP Cruzer.
