Attorney Thomas Spivack represented me almost 2 years ago and yesterday I sent my sister to him for help. Mr. Spivack got my case DISMISSED even though I pulled up right next to a CHP Cruzer. I blew .11 twice. I was on my phone trying to meet up with friends at a party. My DUI was Dismissed No Record and Saved my Job and License.
Smartest money I spent and now I don't have a record. I was on the freeway going about 75 and got pulled over by CHP. Blew a 09.%. Hired Mr. Spivack after checking reviews and speaking with him and some other attorneys. He has tons of knowledge and experience clear from our first conversation plus he was supportive and patient. He calmed me in a serious situation. Mr. Spivack persuaded the prosecutor to let me have what they call diversion for community service and got my DMV situation dismissed completely. After talking to other lawyers, Mr Spivack was the only one that didn't pressure me to hire him or give me some kinda sales pitch like I was buying a car. He was more concerned about my situation. When I said what court I had to go to he was very knowledgable about the judges and prosecutors. He was always extremely professional. I can say he turned my 2nd DUI at a checkpoint into a reckless driving and kept me driving. My car broke down at night and I pulled over and parked. I was waiting for my brother to come get me and walked to a liquor store. Bought my favorite pint and drank it thenwalked back to my car. Cops stopped to see if I was "ok" and arrested me for drinking and driving. I was never driving.
