My 2nd DUI was dismissed. Attorney Spivack was upfront and straightforward . I was skeptical about all the attorney reviews on the internet. Glad a friend referred me to Mr. Spivack. He has the great reviews and after talking to him I knew he was legitimate. He calmed my fears and nerves. He didnt use scare tactics or pressure me. He told me what he thought he could achieve in court and the DMV. He thought the officer made a mistake and that the prosecutor and DMV could be persuaded to dismiss the case. NO OTHER ATTORNEY TOLD ME THIS. He was right. My case was DISMISSED. He took my calls and answered my questions every step he kept me informed. Highly recommended. You won't go wrong with him as your attorney.

Do not bother looking anywhere else. Spivack is simply the BEST lawyer. Smoked spice and got really wasted. Spivack got my DUI dismissed. Reduced to reckless. Just paid a small fine and took a short class. Call him if you need a lawyer, he will help you. Made me feel like I was always his top priority.
