I love the firm. They have a portal which is organized and you can upload the documents there. It has everything. They will answer all your questions and doubts you have. But, at the same time it would be good to have a list of documents needed whenever they are proceeding with any application. I faced this issue where even after uploading all the documents there were some additional documents needed.
