The owner of this company made promises she did not keep. I was told a crewnwould show up at my home at 8am. Despite the fact that my dog had taken a turn for the worse, I was waiting for the cleaning crew to arrive before taking her in to get put down. 8:15 came and then 8:30. I called the company amd was assured the cleaners would be here shortly. They didn't arrive for another hour. At the end of the day, I got a call from the owner saying the cleaners usually closed up around 4 or 4:30. Well instead of getting 4 people here to clean my home at 8am, 2 arrived at 9:30am. Of course there wasn't enough time to complete the job. Waste of money.
