I had extremely high expectations for my deep clean because the cost was more than I had ever paid for a cleaning company. All they did was overuse magic erasers. I completely regret paying for the service and am even considering disputing the astronomical charge with my bank as the owner refuses to talk to me about my grievance.

SCAM. I’m not one to complain, but we paid $750 with add ons, we were promised multiple things as in, 5 (specifically 5) workers, all day deep cleaning, window cleaning, and more. NONE WAS DONE. this is a scam. 100%. They had two ppl show, 1 showed hours late, they said they would work all day, guess what (they didn’t!!). I have been scammed and have now lost $750 dollars. This place needs to be shutdown if this is how they believe they should be charging with such poor, low quality, embarrassing buisness. What we had done was worth max $200. Not even close. I highly suggest to not use this place.

When I arrived home after they been at my home, it was a nice fresh scent that greeted me at the door. Items were clean. Dusted items looked nice. Bathroom looked nice. Shower looked great, as I know it was a mess. I look forward to the next cleaning
